- Social Media Enthusiast Intern
- Graphic Designer Intern

Business Development Intern
Requirements:
- Interested in marketing and making training module
- Interested in problem solving for various industries of business
- Internship periods: 3-6 Months
- Willing to work offline if needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through calls and emails
- Conducting proposal development and Present our company to potential clients Identify client needs
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and CIO (Chief Innovation Officer)
- Developing project report and present to the CIO on weekly/monthly/quarterly
- Collaborate in team to accomplish certain projects while practicing both soft skills and hard skills
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Social Media Enthusiast Intern
Requirements :
- Feeling enthusiast with handling social media
- Have (semi) professionally managed an Instagram account
- Has basic knowledge of copywriting
- Interest and always keep up with the development of social media trend
- Has a strong desire and ability to learn
- Internship period 3-6 months
- Proactively seek what’s trending in the market
- Collaborate in team to accomplish certain projects while practicing both soft skills and hard skills
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and arranging cross collaboration Instagram with another brand/community (such as live instagram)
- Planning and arranging Live Instagram with influencer
- Distribute the content in social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Telegram, Website)
- Involved in developing for the overall content strategy
- Assisting in creative project production
- Analyze social media engagement and create a feedback for the next strategy weekly
- Create weekly instagram interaction idea with audiences (via IGstory, campaign or giveaway)
- Create a weekly calendar of event held by pemimpin.id
- In charge for develop employee branding by coordinating with HR department to activate @kelaspemimpin.id
Graphic Designer Intern
Requirements:
- At least final year student in Graphic Design/Art/Creative Multimedia or others related major
- Familiar and able to operate Adobe After Effect or Adobe illustrator is a must
- A teamwork player with a keen sense of detail & creative flair
- Has a strong portfolio showcasing works in different medium
- Produce engaging, creative visual social content.
- Bring fresh idea concept visual for digital content in all channels
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, create eye catching and creative design.
- Ability to design with time constraints with quantity and deadline set.
- Work others departments and facilitate all design related work.
