Program Manager - Public Sector Tribe

The Program Manager acts as tribe leader of the Public Sector leadership ecosystem, developing programs to support the organization’s strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.

  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
  • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including beneficiaries satisfaction, quality, and team member performance
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Meeting with strategic stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams or external partners
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
  • Bachelor Degree graduate with at least 2 years experiences preferably in program management or program officer
  • Highly interest to develop public sector leadership ecosystem
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven adaptability dealing with ambiguity and fast-paced changes
  • Experience in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Well-developed time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities; can work independently
  • Accustomed working with compliance to various policies and practices
